With a beautiful design and clever name, the Jo bottle opener doesn’t need extensive branding. It’s form was designed to literally spell out Jo (“Just Open”), this hand-held opener is made from titanium and is small in size enough to fit on your keychain.
In the eyes of a product designer, there is plenty to rave about Jo. Their choice in material is fantastic. It’s compact size makes you question it’s efficiency, but being made from Grade 5 Titanium, it’ll most likely outlive all of us. It’s shape is absolutely clever and very innovative. Having the ability to incorporate the name of a product into the product itself marries the product and branding into one. Aside from it’s clever name that reinforces its function!
You can divide Jo into two parts. The J, which is the oh-so-nifty bottle opener, and the O, which enables the user to slide Jo into just about any keyring. Jo is 22x15mm size-wise and 2mm in thickness, it’s a lot smaller than your regular keys, and can even fit inside your wallet if you prefer. This may be one of the best EDC’s you’ll ever carry around with you (especially being a bartender), fantastic for get-togethers or house parties, where you are opening bottles all evening, leaving almost no reason to ever use a wall-mounted opener ever again. This way we can prevent all of those show-offs who insist on using their elbow, mouth, or counter-tops to open their beers, making sure everyone stays safe and still gets their beer in this end! You can easily get bottle openers at Target or on Amazon, but if you want one that virtually takes up no space at all, will last you a lifetime, and amaze your peers, we highly advise getting a Jo of your own. It’s a simply nifty and useful product, being practically invincible, Jo encompasses what good product design really means.
