This harmless little aesthetically exhibited square is astounding. Sitting on a V-cut wooden stand, the square contains a honeycomb structure. It enables air to go through. Why? Just because this Cube is an air purifier and one of the best ones. Its not the type of Honeywell purifier you would buy at a Walmart but is more of a high end one. It benefits the home in so many ways.
Initially made by Japanese skilled workers 400 years prior for its cleaning properties, the Chikuno Cube is produced using a blend of initiated bamboo charcoal and earth, expelled into the honeycomb structure. The mud gives the solid shape its shape and structure. It also initiates the charcoal to ingest poisons, destructive gases, traps soil, wipes out scent. It also retains or discharges humidity relying upon nature. Really a miracle material, the charcoal block doesn’t require a fumes/fan or power to work, and just requires to be kept in the sun for six hours consistently, to purify the 3D square of poisons, and keep the charcoal “dynamic”. Made in two sizes (the bigger one essentially utilizing 4 3D squares rather than 1), the Chikuno Cube is made in Kyoto from indigenous bamboo, and furthermore happens to be a champ of the Japanese Good Design Award!
